Papyrus News
PhD researchers on digital divide

May 2, 2001: This message was distributed by Papyrus News. Feel free to forward this message to others, preferably with this introduction. For info on Papyrus News, including how to (un)subscribe or access archives, see <http://www.gse.uci.edu/markw/papyrus-news.html>.

I am compiling a directory of PhD students doing research on the digital divide (either within one country or globally). The purpose of this directory is to help PhD researchers on the digital divide stay in touch with each other. I'll e-mail a copy of this directory when it's completed to all those who submit.

If you are a PhD student doing research on the digital divide, you may participate by sending the following form back to me by e-mail (markw@uci.edu) by May 30, 2001. I'll then compile whatever information I've received and send it back to all those who have replied. Feel free to pass this on to others that you know are doing PhD research on the digital divide.

Thanks,
Mark Warschauer
