After three very happy and interesting years working in Egypt, I have taken a position as Assistant Professor of Education at the University of California, Irvine. I arrived in Irvine last week and am getting adjusted. I'll be teaching and conducting research on topics related to technology in education, language and literacy, diversity and inequality, digital divide, etc.
I have a new personal Webpage (http://www.gse.uci.edu/markw) and a new email address (markw@uci.edu). I have also migrated Papyrus News to the listproc system at University of California, Irvine. If you receive this message, the migration has apparently worked!
Commands for Papyrus News are similar to before, but should now be sent to <listserv@uci.edu>.
Please help get out the word about Papyrus News and its new "home."
