Announcing eModerators Discussion List.

Mauri Collins and I are starting a new mailing list dealing with all aspects of facilitating and moderating online or computer-mediated discussion. This includes online discussion in the service of teaching and learning, but also online groups in the workplace, scholarly discussion groups, professional development lists, and any other discussion lists where moderating and facilitating occurs.

This is a free, MODERATED list. We will strive to build a community based upon the stated goals and scope of the list. Still, I imagine occasionally there may be announcements or other postings that are judged to be important or of interest to many of the subscribers to eModerators.

There are several ways to join eModerators@egroups.com (the address to use to post a message once you are subscribed.) One way to subscribe is to send an email message to: eModerators-subscribe@egroups.com.

Another way is to visit:
http://www.egroups.com/group/eModerators.

Perhaps one of the simplest ways is to visit our home page at www.emoderators.com Then click the button on the left-hand column that is labeled " Click to subscribe to the eModerators Discussion list."

If you have questions, please write to me at zberge@emoderators.com

Regards,
Zane Berge, Co-moderator, eModerators
