I've added a few recent papers to my Website at http://www.lll.hawaii.edu/markw over the last couple of months. Here are some new papers that weren't there before:
(1) Technology and second language teaching. (An overview piece that I co-authored with Carla Meskill for Lawrence Erlbaum's Handbook of Undergraduate Second Language Education. A brief historical overview and some case studies from foreign language, ESL, and language for specific purposes programs).
(2) The death of cyberspace and the rebirth of CALL. (A paper from IATEFL CALL-SIG conference in Barcelona).
(3) The changing global economy and the future of English teaching. (A draft version of a paper to appear in _TESOL Quarterly_)
(4) Does the Internet bring freedom? A short commentary to appear in _Information Technology, Education, and Society_.
(5) Technology and school reform: A view from both sides of the track(ing). A revised version of a piece that appeared in _Educational Policy Analysis Archives_.
Anyway, if you look around there, you'll find more things too. These are just a few of the things I've put up recently.
Cheers, Mark
