Washington, DC June 14 - 17, 2000
Don't miss ALT 2000! This year, the one and only national conference focusing
on adult basic education and technology, will be held in the Nation's Capital
from June 14th to 17th on the campus of American University. PBS LiteracyLink

>From adding multimedia to Web sites… to networking with colleagues… to learning
about enhanced TV… to integrating technology in project-based learning for ESL…
to visiting an exciting computer learning center within a mixed-income
apartment community… at ALT 2000 you'll be informed, impressed and inspired!
And you'll have fun! We've planned nighttime receptions, a picnic, and tours
of the sights in DC.
Registration information, registration forms and a pre-conference workshop schedule
are now up on the Adult Literacy and Technology (ALT) Conference homepage at http://www.pbs.org/literacy/alt2000.
